FAQ
- Why isn't recording or my microphone working?
- The browser has to allow microphone access for this site. Open your browser's site permissions for you.c.cards, enable the mic, then refresh the page and try again.
- The video won't play — what should I try?
- Use a current version of a supported browser. Some embeds need you to start playback once before capture works. Refresh the page if the player looks stuck.
- Sync or my signed-in state feels wrong. What can I do?
- Open System (S) → Status to see sync details. If something still looks off, sign out and sign back in from the header.
- How do I send feedback or ask for help?
- Use the Feedback page. When you can, include a c.cards or you.c.cards link to the video or install so we can reproduce the issue.
